The Journal of Healthcare Quality Research is the official journal of the Spanish Society of Quality Healthcare (Sociedad Española de Calidad Asistencial, SECA), aimed at disseminating knowledge and fostering reflection on the quality management of health services in both Primary Care and Hospitals. It publishes articles related to various aspects of research in public health and health administration, including health education, epidemiology, medical statistics, health information, health economics, quality management, and health policies. The journal publishes six issues annually, exclusively in electronic format. Articles are published in Spanish and include original works, special issues, and review articles, among other sections. All submitted articles undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
