Lack of drinking water is a global problem and especially in overdeveloped countries. this is why many research laboratories are focused on solving this problem. one of the simplest, economical, and environmental methods is the use of conventional solar stills. Sand from the city of Illizi in southern Algeria was used in our research to see how it affected solar distillation. So, with a dimension of (0.50 x 0.50 m), two identical solar stills were evaluated, one as a solar still reference (SSR) and the other as a solar still modified (SSM). The SSM contains sand. The findings reveal that there is no discernible difference in performance and that the improvement rate is extremely low, at 0.67 %.

Alzheimer’sdementia (AD) is the plague of today's world: a costly harming illness that ransacks the elder of their capacity to work and affect their recollections. Many years of research have brought about a profound comprehension of the pathological processes and a range of targets of therapy. Proteomics has contributed enormously to these advances and will keep on having a growing role in determining the nature of obsessive injuries. Moreover, proteomics (both gel-based and gel-free, mass spectrometry-based), is probably going to assume an expanding job in distinguishing biomarkers that may aid early determination and in observing movement and above all response therapy. Alzheimer's dementia is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by limited motor functions and loss of memory. Clinically it is diagnosed by accumulation of plaques in neurons and formation of NFTs by the aggregation of tau proteins. These pathological changes in the brain can be observed in preclinical stages of AD known as ASYM AD and mild cognitive dementia.

Qualitative Proteomics Analysis of Proteins and Biomarkers of Alzheimer’ Disease

Indonesia is one of the countries that is famous for its extensive agricultural land so it is not surprising that Indonesia is called an agrarian country. In addition, most of the population earns a living as farmers, but this does not make Indonesia the largest rice producer in the world. Apart from that, farmers in Indonesia have difficulty dealing with pests that make them suffer losses due to crop failure. This study aims to explain the benefits and effectiveness of an automatic tool that can repel farmer pests, especially rats and birds. In this tool there is a Passive Infrared Receiver sensor that functions to detect the presence of farmer pests, then the servo motor will activate the bell, and pull the bell to produce a sound that scares birds and mice. The mechanism is controlled by a microcontroller, namely Arduino ATmega 2560. This tool is an innovation from previous technologies so that farmers' problems regarding farmer pests can be solved easily.

Ecosystem health and the accomplishment of the Sustainable Development Goals require biodiversity. However, the causes of biodiversity loss, as well as regional differences in their repercussions, remain poorly understood. We focused on the regional and temporal aspects that influence biodiversity distribution. Though transportable data is rarely convenient for providing accurate images of the proportions and distribution of all components of various ecosystems, there are certain patterns and strategies that call producers will employ to obtain useful assumptions of both terrestrial and marine ecosystems. The purpose of this term paper is to conduct systematic reviews to reflect the biodiversity distribution of different spatial and temporal dimensions in the biodiversity of plant species, animal species, microorganisms, and ecosystem diversity and the factors affecting biodiversity. Biodiversity is best defined by the patterns of the world around us, and these patterns are the source for understanding biodiversity. The distribution of biodiversity is uniform and inconsistent around the world. Therefore, the shift from the equator to the poles reduced biodiversity. These show that, unlike temperate regions, the tropics have more solar energy, water availability, and a relatively constant and predictable environment. The distribution of biodiversity is affected by a variety of environmental factors, including regional geological history, environmental stability, ecosystem productivity, habitat heterogeneity and suitability, competition, and predation. Therefore, understanding the spatial and temporal distribution of biodiversity is urgently needed to develop short-term and long-term resource management strategies, and biodiversity education and training activities are innovative.

Spatial-temporal and Factors Influencing the Distribution of Biodiversity: A Review

The sea toll road is one of a solution that gives a good effect in the trade routes in the future. Indonesia toll road is a program of the Indonesian government that aims to improve connectivity between regions inequitable distribution of goods so that the movement of the economy can be efficient and evenly distributed. In addition to the impact on the Indonesian state, this program has an impact on countries that are close to Indonesia (ASEAN). The purpose of this study is to analyze how the systematics of Indonesia's toll road program and its effects on the trade routes neighboring countries of Indonesia. The method that we used in this study is review analysis. The result of this study is sea toll facilitates commercial access from southern Pacific countries to Eastern Asian countries. The idea of the Sea Toll concept will open up regional access by making two large international hub ports that can serve large commercial ships above 3,000 TEUs or a Panamax vessel class of 6000 TEUs. This study has an impact on the international shipping process through ASEAN trade routes.

Indonesia Toll Roads: Its Effect on The Trade Routes in ASEAN

The research questions focused on emerging challenges, solutions, approaches, encryption methods, architectures, and opportunities related to blockchain technology in medical image sharing, and a total of 17 relevant articles were selected from the Scopus database for analysis. The increasing adoption of cloud computing environments in the medical field has raised concerns about security and privacy risks. Within these concerns, problems were identified regarding secure data storage, since centralized storage systems in the cloud mostly lack security effectiveness. Blockchain technology offers a decentralized and secure infrastructure to address these problems. However, a systematic review is needed to identify the strengths and limitations of this technology in this context, therefore the objective of this review is to provide a critical and updated view of the security aspects of the use of blockchain technology in the exchange of medical images in the cloud. The proposed solutions included practical byzantine fault tolerance algorithms, homomorphic encryption, and the integration of smart contracts, among others. In conclusion, this review provides insight into the application of blockchain technology for the secure sharing of medical images in the cloud and identifies key technologies, challenges, solutions, and opportunities in the field.

Use of Blockchain technology for the exchange and secure transmission of medical images in the cloud: Systematic Review with Bibliometric Analysis

When evaluating the quality of the air, the most important pollutants to keep an eye on are particulate matter (PM), NO2, CO, O3, and SO2 gases. Their impact on people and the environment is a simple fact. Before taking any action, it is necessary to determine how much of them are present in the air. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to evaluate the AQI, PM, and other pollutants present in the Nigerian town of Owo in Ondo State. This was accomplished with the help of the recently introduced AirVisual PM wireless sensor technology. It collects data on AQI, PM10, PM2.5, NO2, and O3 using satellite imagery. The AQI was interpreted using the Aculeated Air Quality Scale. The findings revealed that the AQI was in the average range. The NO2 values were lower than the advised limits when these findings were compared to WHO standards. While the O3 values were significantly below the 8-hour daily maximum and peak session, the PM values significantly exceeded the annual and 24-hour mean limits. Nigeria should start making efforts right away to stop activities that could increase pollution both inside and outside of the town of Owo, which is a rapidly expanding town in the Ondo State.

Assessment of AQI, PM10, PM2.5, NO2, O3: The Case of Owo, Nigeria

This research investigates trends in technology-supported project-based learning (PjBL) in science, technology, and engineering education and also provides future research directions in this field. Bibliometric analysis with Scopus database sources in the period 2004-2023 was used in this investigation. 541 publications met the criteria, with the annual growth of publications increasing based on the number of documents and citations. American and Asian countries are the most productive countries and affiliates in publications in this field. Most publications are produced from international conferences. The publication's conceptual structure shows four research clusters with 81 terms, 1029 links, and a total link strength of 3492. The term "project-based learning" is the central node in the cluster, connecting several essential terms related to the use of technology in PjBL. The discussion at the end of this study leads to recommended further research paths for developing technology-supported PjBL.

Technology-supported Project-based Learning: Trends, Review and Future Research in Science, Technology and Engineering Education

This research aims to create and evaluate the performance of environmentally friendly biobattery based on carrageenan and rotten tomatoes to reduce B3 waste. To make a biobattery based on carrageenan and rotten tomatoes, five ratios of carrageenan and rotten tomatoes mixtures were used with the composition of carrageenan values of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5% for each type of battery. The parameters observed in this study were the potential difference, current strength, and stability of the biobattery. Carrageenan was added to prevent battery leakage and maintain battery stability. As a result, the biobattery has a potential difference value equivalent to a commercial battery, namely 1.5 V, but the current generated is still low. On the other hand, biobatteries can be applied to alarm clocks. The difference in carrageenan concentration has no significant effect on the value of potential difference, current strength, power, recharging ability, and application on wall clocks, as well as the stability of the biobattery. The experiment was carried out with the hypothesis that husk ash can absorb rotten tomatoes, preventing electrolyte leakage. However, the resulting biobattery is still leaking. After that, we modified it again by using electrolytes made from rotten tomatoes and coconut dregs, but the leakage was still the same. Therefore, the biobattery made from a combination of carrageenan and rotten tomatoes was assumed to keep the battery more stable and prevent leakage. This research was expected to contribute to the development of environmentally friendly batteries to reduce B3 waste, along with the increasing need for batteries in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Innovation of Environmentally Friendly Solid Electrolyte Biobattery Based on Carrageenan and Rotten Tomatoes

This research was conducted to analyze the application, utilization or use of AI chatbots in the education sector based on several previous studies. Bibliometric analysis is used to identify the current status of research and critical points in bibliometric data mapping can help predict future research trends. Data searches were carried out on the Scopus database with the keywords "Chatbot" AND "education" with a research year range of 2007-2024. There were 376 articles found. The research results show that research on chatbots, especially in the education sector, is increasingly in demand. In 2023 there will be a drastic increase in the number of studies regarding chatbots in the education sector compared to previous years. This is because chatbots are considered to be an interesting tool to use in education because they enable a more innovative teaching process in terms of improving learning processes and outcomes. There are 25 countries that have contributed to related research, with the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, China and Taiwan in the top five. This research also shows that there are 26 subject areas that have used chatbots in the education sector. The use of chatbots in the education sector has advantages and disadvantages. With the completion of this research, it is hoped that it can become material for consideration for related research.
