This agreement is a legal agreement between Nanjing Qingteng Gezhi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ivySCI") and the user. Please read all the terms and conditions of this agreement carefully before using ivySCI's AI-based literature services. By using ivySCI's services, the user indicates that they have accepted and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

If the user does not agree to any terms or conditions of this agreement, please stop using ivySCI's services.

The terms and conditions of this agreement may be updated from time to time. Users should regularly review the updated version of this agreement before using ivySCI's services. The updated version of this agreement will take effect immediately upon publication, and the user's continued use of ivySCI's services will be deemed as acceptance of the updated version.

1. Definitions

In this agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

"ivySCI" refers to Nanjing Qingteng Gezhi Information Technology Co., Ltd., a company providing AI-based literature association services. "User" refers to the individual or entity using ivySCI's services. "Service" refers to the AI-based literature association services provided by ivySCI, including AI paraphrasing, polishing, translation, and intelligent reading services.

2. Service Content

ivySCI provides AI-based literature association services, including the following aspects:

2.1 AI Paraphrasing

AI paraphrasing refers to the rephrasing of input text through natural language generation technology. This service aims to provide a new version to make the text content clearer, more concise, and easier to understand. Users can upload the text to be paraphrased and then access the generated new version of the text through ivySCI's application or other channels.

2.2 Polishing

Polishing refers to the correction and improvement of input text in terms of grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc., through natural language processing technology. This service aims to improve the quality and accuracy of the text. Users can upload the text to be polished and then access the modified text through ivySCI's application or other channels.

2.3 Translation

Translation refers to the translation of input text into the target language specified by the user through natural language translation technology. This service aims to help users solve cross-language communication problems. Users can upload the text to be translated and then access the translated text through ivySCI's application or other channels.

2.4 Intelligent Reading

Intelligent reading refers to the analysis and summarization of input text through natural language processing technology to provide a concise and comprehensive understanding of the text content, as well as query services based on PDF text content. This service aims to help users obtain information more quickly and effectively. Users can submit the text to be read intelligently and then access the generated information through ivySCI.

3. User Privacy

ivySCI respects the user's right to privacy and is committed to protecting the user's personal information. When using ivySCI's services, users need to provide some personal information to ivySCI. This privacy policy stipulates how ivySCI collects, uses, and protects the user's personal information. Users should read all the terms and conditions of this privacy policy carefully before using ivySCI's services.

3.1 Collection and Use of Personal Information

The personal information collected and used by ivySCI includes but is not limited to:

Contact information provided by the user, such as email address and phone number. Information such as documents, data, and translation texts submitted by the user. Technical information such as the user's IP address, browser type, and operating system collected through the use of ivySCI's services.

ivySCI will only use the user's personal information in compliance with laws and regulations, court orders, government department requirements, and to protect ivySCI's own legal rights.

ivySCI may use the user's personal information for the following purposes:

To provide ivySCI's services to the user. To verify the user's identity and authenticate the user. To improve the quality of ivySCI's services. To analyze and research the user's usage habits to better understand the user's needs. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal procedures.

3.2 Protection of Personal Information

ivySCI adopts a series of security measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. These security measures include but are not limited to:

Restricting access and use of personal information to necessary ivySCI employees and service providers. Using encryption technology and security protocols to protect the transmission of personal information. Regularly inspecting and testing personal information to ensure data security.

Although ivySCI has taken security measures to protect the user's personal information, due to technical limitations and existing risks, ivySCI cannot guarantee the absolute security of the user's personal information. If the user finds that their personal information has been leaked or used without authorization, please contact ivySCI immediately.

3.3 Third-Party Services

ivySCI may cooperate with third-party service providers to provide services. These third-party service providers may collect and use the user's personal information. To protect the user's personal information, ivySCI will sign confidentiality agreements with third-party service providers, stipulating their responsibilities and obligations to protect the user's personal information and requiring them to comply with the relevant provisions of this privacy policy. However, ivySCI cannot control the behavior of third-party service providers, and users should bear the risk when using third-party services.

Users can contact ivySCI via email or other means to exercise the above rights. Upon receiving the user's request, ivySCI will respond within a reasonable time.

3.6 Updates to the Privacy Policy

ivySCI may update this privacy policy as needed. The updated privacy policy will be published on ivySCI's website, and users should read and understand the latest version of the privacy policy when using ivySCI's services.

3.7 Applicable Law

The interpretation, execution, and dispute resolution of this privacy policy shall be governed by Chinese law. In the event of any dispute, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if it cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation, it should be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction where ivySCI is located.

3.8 Other Instructions

If any provision of this privacy policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions of this privacy policy. ivySCI's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this privacy policy at any time does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Intellectual Property of Service Content

All texts, images, graphics, audio, video, and other content provided by ivySCI through its services are owned or authorized by ivySCI. Without ivySCI's written permission, users shall not copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, or create derivative works of ivySCI in any form.

4.2 User-Submitted Content

When using ivySCI's services, users may submit some texts, images, graphics, etc. The intellectual property of these contents belongs to the user or their legal rights holder. Users should ensure that their submissions do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other legal rights. Otherwise, users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

Users agree and authorize ivySCI to use the content submitted by users in its services, including but not limited to paraphrasing, polishing, translation, and intelligent reading operations. Users declare and guarantee that they have obtained all necessary authorizations or permissions to allow ivySCI to use the content submitted by users in its services. At the same time, users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

4.3 Handling of Intellectual Property Violations

If users believe that ivySCI's service content infringes on their intellectual property or other legal rights, please promptly notify ivySCI in writing. Upon receiving the notice, ivySCI will take reasonable measures to handle it. If ivySCI's investigation confirms the infringement, ivySCI will immediately stop the infringing behavior and delete the suspected infringing content. At the same time, ivySCI will actively cooperate with users to pursue infringement liability and compensate users for the direct economic losses suffered.

If users violate the provisions of this agreement regarding intellectual property and are found to infringe on ivySCI or any third party's intellectual property or other legal rights, users shall bear all legal responsibilities and compensate ivySCI or any third party for all losses and expenses caused thereby.

5. Service Fees

5.1 Fee Standards

ivySCI charges a certain fee for its AI literature services. The specific fee standards are detailed on ivySCI's website or the corresponding service agreement. To allow users to better understand the quality of the service, we provide a free trial. After the trial ends, users can choose to continue using the service and pay the corresponding fee or stop using the service.

5.2 Refunds

Since we provide a free trial, we do not offer any refunds. Users should carefully evaluate the services they need, understand the corresponding fee standards and payment methods, and make purchases cautiously before purchasing the service.

If ivySCI decides to stop providing services, we will notify users in advance and refund the corresponding fees based on the number and price of tokens purchased and remaining by the user.

5.3 Membership Services

If users purchase ivySCI's membership services, the service is valid for the time period selected by the user. Even after the membership service expires, the AI services already purchased by the user can still be used. Users need to repurchase the membership service to enjoy the corresponding discounts and special services.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Interruptions and Failures

Within the control of ivySCI, we will do our best to ensure the stability and reliability of the service. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or fail, nor can we be responsible for any loss or impact caused thereby. In the event of service interruptions or failures, we will repair them as soon as possible and notify users through appropriate means.

6.2 Intellectual Property Infringement

ivySCI respects intellectual property rights and requires users to respect the intellectual property rights of others. We cannot guarantee that users' use of our services will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If the user's behavior is deemed to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, ivySCI has the right to stop providing services to the user and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.

6.3 Other Disclaimers

ivySCI is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential losses caused by users using our services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not assume any express or implied liability or warranty, including but not limited to any warranty or guarantee of the applicability, safety, accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the service. At the same time, we do not assume any responsibility for the following reasons:

Loss or damage caused by the user's behavior or improper use of the service; Loss or damage caused by force majeure, hacker attacks, viruses, trojans, or other malicious software, technical issues, or other uncontrollable factors; Any loss or damage caused by the user's provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or illegal information to third parties.

6.4 Compensation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if ivySCI or a third party incurs any loss or bears any cost due to the user's use of our services or violation of the terms of the agreement, the user shall bear full compensation responsibility and compensate ivySCI or the third party for the losses and costs.

7. Termination of Agreement

1. Users have the right to terminate this agreement at any time, but they must stop using the service after termination.
2. We may decide to suspend or terminate the provision of this service to users based on actual circumstances and will notify users through the website or application or other appropriate means.
3. We may suspend or terminate the user's access to or use of this service for any reason, including but not limited to believing that the user has violated or is suspected of violating this agreement, without notifying the user.
4. After the termination of the agreement, users should immediately stop using the service and delete the downloaded or printed service content.

8. Other Terms

1. This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Chinese courts in the event of a dispute.
2. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the service and supersedes any prior agreements or negotiations, whether oral or written, and any other communication methods.
3. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deleted, but it will not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions of this agreement.
4. Our failure to enforce or exercise any right or provision of this agreement at any time does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
5. We may update this agreement from time to time. We will notify users through our website or other appropriate means. Users should regularly check for updates to this agreement. If users continue to use the service after the update, it will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
