This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Nanjing Qingteng Gezhi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor" or "ivySCI") regarding the use of ivySCI CSL (hereinafter referred to as the "Template").

1. License Grant The Licensor grants the User a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Template within the academic scope. The use of the Template is limited to use within ivySCI software or ivySCI plugins.

2. Intellectual Property The Template is the intellectual property of the Licensor, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the User. The Licensor reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Template and its related intellectual property rights.

3. Usage Restrictions The User may only use the Template for academic research and academic writing to generate citation formats and create bibliographic citation styles. The User may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, or use any part of the Template in any way without the prior written permission of the Licensor.

4. Login and Usage Records The User must log in when using the Template and agrees that the Licensor may record the User's usage records. These records will only be used for statistical and analytical purposes to improve the quality and functionality of the Template and will not be used for any other commercial purposes.

5. Confidentiality The User agrees to treat the Template as the confidential information of the Licensor and to take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Template. The User may not disclose, provide, or leak the Template to any third party without the prior written permission of the Licensor.

6. Termination If the User violates any terms or conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor has the right to immediately terminate the User's license to the Template. Upon termination, the User must stop using the Template and delete all files and information related to the Template from their system.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor does not provide any express or implied warranties or guarantees regarding the applicability, accuracy, or reliability of the Template. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Template.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the intellectual property laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the Nanjing Qixia District Court for resolution.

Please note that this Agreement may be modified according to the business needs of the Licensor. The Licensor will notify the User by sending a notice or publishing a revised version on the Licensor's website. The revised version of the license agreement will take effect from the date of publication and will replace the previous version.
