Environment and Development Economics is situated at the intersection of environmental, resource, and development economics. The Editor and Associate Editors, supported by a distinguished panel of advisors from around the world, aim to encourage submissions from researchers in both developed and developing countries. The journal is divided into two main sections: Theory and Applications, which includes regular academic papers, and Policy Options, which features papers that may be of interest to the broader policy community. Environment and Development Economics also publishes occasional Policy Fora, which are discussions based on a focal paper. From time to time, the journal publishes special issues centered around a particular theme.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.

Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
