The journal "Droit, Deontologie et Soin" was launched in September 2001 to address the growing importance of law in the healthcare sector. The project is based on two core beliefs: first, that law is not an obstacle but an ally in caregiving practices; and second, that caregivers and legal experts can greatly benefit from each other's knowledge and experience. The journal targets: professionals in healthcare services and nursing schools (such as nurses, health managers, and educators); documentation centers of nursing institutes, training centers, and medical faculties; administrative staff and legal experts in healthcare institutions; and libraries of courts, bar associations, and law faculties.

Those examples are references to articles in scholarly journals and how they are supposed to appear in your bibliography.
Not all journals organize their published articles in volumes and issues, so these fields are optional. Some electronic journals do not provide a page range, but instead list an article identifier. In a case like this it's safe to use the article identifier instead of the page range.
